Liabilities of balance-keeper for the property, assigned to its integral household, as so:- sanitary and technical maintenance of dwelling houses and adjacent areas;- drawing and approval of estimates for repair of dwelling fund objects ;- providing the dwellers, organizations and...показати все ... enterprises with public services and utilities;- development of adjacent lands and areas;- inspection of dwelling objects aiming evaluation of its technical conditions and compliance with requirements of statutory acts;- expert’s inspection of dwelling houses and service premises;- maintenance repair of dwelling houses and particular apartments, determined as objects in emergency condition, securing occupancy as provided by laws;- levy of rents, service/maintenance costs included;- collection of fees charged for partnership in shares to cover housing maintenance costs;- financial planning for maintenance, services and repair of houses, particular flats and premises/buildings/;- contracting organizations and enterprises and accounting and control for execution of contractual liabilities, inspection for technical maintenance;- appointment of door-keeping guards for porches;- arrangement green areas, parking places, and protected areas as provided;- logistical support of maintenance services for dwelling houses and adjacent areas;- accounting of apartments subject to current evacuation, so as service premises, unoccupied flats, offering flats for occupation;2. Drawing up of documents for privatizing of flats in dwelling houses, kept at the balance of an enterprise. 3. Design/drawing. 4. Foreign-economic activity:- the enterprise provides foreign-economic activity, establishing relations with other legal entities and natural persons of other countries as provided by purpose and subject of business activity according to the provisions of law in force of Ukraine and present Statute;- export and import of goods and services;- joint entrepreneurial activity as provided by the law in force of Ukraine for foreign economic entities, including establishment of joint ventures of various property forms, launching of joint business ventures and joint ownership of the property both in Ukraine and other countries;- arrangement and launching of exhibitions, auctions, tenders, conferences, symposiums, seminars, other similar events on commercial basis involving foreign economic entities;- leasing operations between foreign economic entities and oversee business entities, as provided by the law in force of Ukraine;- other foreign-economic activities.5. Reception of applicants concerning the problems dealt with enterprise competence. 6. Enterprise grants donations to flats’ proprietors to support initiative for establishment of flat owner’s unions in block of flats.
